New portrait of Swedish Crown Princess’s family unveiled at Stockholm Arlanda

2018-10-16, kl. 16:01

Today a new portrait was unveiled in the Welcome to My Hometown gallery at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Photographer Linda Broström took the official portrait of HRH Crown Princess Victoria and her family.

“Naturally, we are proud that this official portrait of the Crown Princess, Prince Daniel, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar was first unveiled in our gallery. The idea behind Welcome to My Hometown is to highlight Stockholm’s strengths, which the Crown Princess and her family truly exemplify. It is a very fine portrait and an honour for me to unveil it here at Stockholm Arlanda,” says Peder Grunditz, airport director at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

The portrait will hang in the Welcome to My Hometown gallery in Terminal 2. The portrait replaces the gallery’s previous portrait of the family, which dates to before the birth of Prince Oscar. The new portrait was taken by photographer Linda Broström.
