First direct flight to Shanghai takes off – new route from Arlanda with China Eastern

Travel to China just got easier. On June 22, China Eastern launched a new direct route from Stockholm Arlanda to Shanghai.
Flights operate three times per week—Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays ,taking you smoothly to Shanghai Pudong, one of Asia’s largest international hubs. From here, you can easily continue to destinations across China and the rest of Asia.
The new route means shorter travel times and a more comfortable journey, whether you’re traveling for business, leisure, or to visit family and friends. Shanghai is a vibrant metropolis known for its unique blend of modern architecture, culture, and shopping. It is also a key hub for both business and tourism.
