For passengers departing from Gate Area A

Check in at Terminal 5

After check-in and security screening in Terminal 5, proceed to gate F31 to take the shuttle bus that will take you to Gate Area A.

Shuttle bus for all passengers

All departures from Gate Area A are reached via the shuttle bus from gate F31.

The bus ride takes about 8 minutes.
Take the shuttle at least 40 minutes before departure.

Terminal hosts are available at F31 from 90 minutes before departure.

At that time, the shuttle buses between F31 and Gate Area A also start operating.

Please note:

October 29 is the first day flights depart from Gate Area A. Passengers waiting in Gate Area A will therefore be offered complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and cinnamon buns.

If you would like something more to eat, we recommend visiting the Market Place in Terminal 5, as Gate Area A currently has no shops, restaurants, or other services. See the food and beverage options available in Terminal 5.

Smoking is not permitted in Gate Area A. We therefore refer passengers to the designated smoking area near gate F31.
