Check in at Terminal 5

After check-in and security screening in Terminal 5, proceed to Gate F31 to take the shuttle bus that will take you to Gate Area A.

All departures from Gate Area A are reached via the shuttle bus from Gate F31.

• The bus ride takes about 8 minutes.
  Take the shuttle at least 40 minutes before departure.

• Terminal hosts are available at Gate F31 from 90 minutes before departure.

Please note:

There are no shops or restaurants in Gate Area A, only a vending machine with a limited selection of food and beverages. If you would like to purchase anything else, please do so before boarding the shuttle bus. View the range of food and drinks available in Terminal 5.

Gate Area A offers restrooms, a smoking booth and plenty of seating before departure.
