Swedavia’s price list for airport charges 2016 updated
It has been communicated earlier that Swedavia’s decision on airport charges 2016 has not been implemented in full due to an appeal. The Swedish Transport Agency has now made a decision regarding the appeal that allows Swedavia to implement the charges decision.
Swedavia’s price list for airport charges is therefore updated as follows:
1. A reduction of the Passenger Charge for international passengers at Göteborg Landvetter Airport, from 72 SEK to 69 SEK per departing passenger (and from 43 SEK to 41 SEK for international transfer passengers)
2. A reduction of the Terminal Navigation Charge at Göteborg Landvetter Airport from 775 SEK to 600 SEK
3. Invoicing of Swedavia’s 50 % of the slot coordination charge. (The other 50 %, 7.9 SEK, has been levied since 1 January 2016 on behalf of Airport Coordination Sweden)
The implementation of the charges decision is applied from 16 April 2016, with retroactive adjustment of invoicing dispatched at previous rates after that date.
The decision also entails the introduction of a traffic risk sharing scheme for 2016, where deviations from the passenger forecast will affect next year’s charge level.
Adjustments of charges for Ground Handling, Infrastructure and PRM at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Bromma Stockholm Airport, Göteborg Landvetter Airport, and Malmö Airport were carried out 1 April 2016 as previously informed.
