Hangars
At some of our airports, we offer the rental of hangars. Examples of renters could be aviation clubs, private aviation enthusiasts and companies whose business relates to airplanes of some sort. The hangars can also be used as staging areas, as workshops, and in other similar business ventures. What these renters have in common is that they have a business that is connected to aviation in some way and that they need large storage facilities, often with a high ceiling height.
We have a limited number of hangars, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please let us know in your request whether you are in need of an entire hangar or only parts of one.
From workspaces for one person to offices accommodating more than 500 employees, we offer flexible spaces at or directly adjacent to airports, primarily at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Bromma Stockholm Airport, Göteborg Landvetter Airport and Malmö Airport.
Airport offices offer a unique working environment, combining convenient access to services and transport links with an international atmosphere.
At Swedavia’s airports, we offer storage and warehouse facilities in a range of sizes, suitable for retailers, airlines and offices already operating at the airport. At selected airports, larger warehouse spaces of up to 2,000 sqm are also available, with varying ceiling heights and a range of potential uses.
Whether you need space for spare parts, vehicles, building materials or other equipment, we’ll help you find a solution that suits your business.
At some of our airports, we offer hangar rentals for a variety of businesses. These may include companies involved in different types of aircraft operations. A hangar may also be suitable for your business if you require aircraft or vehicle storage, workshop or service facilities, premises with extra-high ceilings, or space for similar activities.
Availability varies, but we do our best to find a solution that meets your needs, whether you require an entire hangar or just part of one.
Swedavia manages extensive land areas at and around our 10 airports. Parts of this land are leased for purposes such as agriculture, hunting and residential properties, while other areas are reserved for future development.
Our land is located adjacent to all our airports, with the largest areas at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Bromma Stockholm Airport, Göteborg Landvetter Airport and Malmö Airport.
Not every business fits into a traditional office or warehouse. That’s why Swedavia also offers a wide range of other spaces, including specialist storage facilities, staff facilities such as changing rooms and rest areas, technical spaces, training facilities, parking and staging areas, and practice areas.
If your business requires a specialised space, we’ll help you find the right solution in a location that meets your operational needs.
