Your vehicle’s license plate is automatically scanned by cameras at the entrance. A digital sign confirms that your vehicle has been registered and may display further instructions.
Each vehicle is entitled to two free visits of up to 5 minutes per calendar day.
If you stay longer than 5 minutes or visit more than twice per day, you can pay in several ways:
Pay before leaving the parking area
Pay by mobile or at a payment machine before you exit.
Pay within 72 hours
You can pay within 72 hours after leaving the parking area.
Enter your vehicle’s license plate number to see any unpaid parking sessions from the past 72 hours. Payments are securely handled via Nets.
Automatic payment
Create an account and register your payment card. Parking fees will be automatically charged during your next visit. Create an account here.
Invoice payment
If none of the above options are used, an invoice will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle.
A SEK 49 invoice fee will be added to the parking fee. The invoice is issued by Riverty. A reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged if a payment reminder must be sent.
If camera parking is activated in one of the most common parking apps, the app’s logo will be shown on the entrance sign.
Your parking will then be paid automatically upon exit.
Camera parking must be activated in the app. You can use EasyPark, Parkster, Mobill, or E-Parkera.
Please check with your bank that your card is not blocked for online purchases.
The invoice refers to an unpaid parking fee at the Pick-up and Drop-off parking area at Göteborg Landvetter Airport.

We offer several payment options that do not include additional fees.
The invoice fee applies when you have chosen not to pay via any of the other available options.
This may happen if your payment card has expired or lacks sufficient funds.
We make several attempts to withdraw the payment, and if all fail, an invoice is created.
You will receive an email notification asking you to check your card details if a payment attempt fails.
Unpaid fees can only be viewed on the website for 72 hours after leaving the parking area. After that, an invoice is issued.
By entering a paid parking area, you automatically accept the general terms and conditions.

You are responsible for the information linked to your automatic payment account.
If you sell your vehicle, remember to remove it from your profile.
Log in to your account. Under “Receipts” you can view all your transactions and receipts.
Log in to your account to update your information.
You are responsible for monitoring and paying your parking fees.
If you wish to appeal a collection case, please use the contact information provided on the invoice.

The cameras usually read license plates correctly, but the message on the screen may be delayed.
If you’re unsure, search for your license plate number within 72 hours after exit on our website.
If it’s not shown, you can request a parking verification.
All vehicles are registered by the system and must pay accordingly.
If you have a trailer attached, both the car and trailer must be paid for.
Cameras read both front and rear license plates.
When you enter the parking area, a camera scans your license plate and starts your parking session.
When you exit, another camera scans your license plate again and ends your session.
