After a pause due to the Covid-19 pandemic, easyJet is returning to Göteborg Landvetter Airport with new non-stop service to Palma de Mallorca during the summer and through the autumn. easyJet previously flew to Berlin, and the carrier plans to resume this service in late summer. Along with the new air link from Göteborg Landvetter, easyJet at the same time will launch new direct service to Malaga and to Palma de Mallorca from Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

“We welcome easyJet back to Landvetter and are of course really pleased about the increased access, which will be important for the restart after the pandemic for all of Sweden. The fact that the airline dares to expand and invest after these difficult times is a clear indication of the strong position of the Swedish market. Mallorca is one of the most popular destinations for Swedes both for holidays and to visit loved ones, and we know that many people cannot wait to travel and meet,” says Anna Strömwall, airport director at Göteborg Landvetter Airport.

“We know that our customers cannot wait to explore Europe, fly to the sun or reunite with friends and family, so we have added a new route to Palma de Mallorca to further enhance our offering from Gothenburg, which already includes service to Berlin, and are giving customers even more options,” says William Vet, Country Manager at easyJet.

Starting July 21 and until late October, easyJet will serve the Göteborg Landvetter Airport – Palma De Mallorca Airport route twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. Other operators serve this route.
