Arlanda gets its own hot dog stand – Sibylla opening at the Marketplace

In mid-October, Sibylla is opening in Terminal 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. With classic favourites such as hot dogs and mashed potatoes, the airport is expanding its food offering while also strengthening its focus on Swedish brands. This opening is part of the development of the Marketplace, Arlanda’s largest commercial venture in terms of shopping, food, and beverages.
“We are very happy to welcome Sibylla to Arlanda. Our goal is to make dining and shopping a natural part of the passenger experience, and at the Marketplace, we bring together both Swedish and international brands to cater to a wide variety of needs, tastes, and budgets. Sibylla is a strong addition that combines Swedish tradition with an affordable offering and has everything it takes to become a real hit with passengers,” says Aron Backström, Chief Commercial Officer at Swedavia.
The Sibylla outlet at Arlanda is operated by the family-owned RC Group, which is already behind a number of restaurant concepts at the Marketplace in Terminal 5. The menu features Sibylla’s classic hot dogs served with bread, with a side of mashed potatoes, or in a flatbread wrap.
“It’s fantastic to have the opportunity to open Sibylla here at the airport. For us, it’s about making the journey a little easier and a little more enjoyable. Sibylla offers a well-known and popular option for passengers looking for something quick and tasty on the go,” says Charlotta Söör, founder and co-owner of the RC Group.
Sibylla opens in October in the new Marketplace in Terminal 5. It is open daily from 05:00 to 22:00.
About the Marketplace at Stockholm Arlanda Airport
The Marketplace, Stockholm Arlanda Airport’s largest-ever shopping, food, and beverage investment, was completed in early summer 2025 and that same year was awarded the “Commercial Space of the Year < 25,000 m²” award at the industry’s prestigious NCSC Nordic Awards. Covering an area of 11,000 square metres and with around 40 restaurants and stores, the Marketplace offers a wide and varied selection for all passengers.
