Swedavia AB (publ) considers issue of hybrid capital securities

Swedavia AB (publ) is assessing market conditions for issuing new Swedish kronor-denominated hybrid capital securities. The aim of the transaction is to provide the best possible financial flexibility in the execution of Swedavia's strategy and mission, whilst securing Swedavia's capital structure objectives.

On November 7, 2023, at 11:50 CET, an investor meeting will be held for the proposed transaction.

Subject to market conditions, the capital is expected to be a SEK-denominated perpetual non-call 5-year hybrid capital securities that is subordinate to Swedavia's outstanding senior bonds.

The hybrid capital securities are expected to have a perpetual maturity and with the first possibility of call after 5 years (non-call 5 years).The hybrid capital securities may be issued in both floating and fixed formats.

Nordea has been appointed as global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and Danske Bank has been appointed as joint bookrunner, for the proposed hybrid bond issue.
