Consultation for new airport charges soon to begin
The yearly process for new airport charges will begin in September. The start of the process is preceeded by a Pre-Consultation meeting where Swedavia will present its planned proposals for structural changes to its price list, on which airport users are invited to provide feedback.
Swedavia welcomes all airport users operating at a Swedavia airport to participate in the consultations. All central meetings will be held through Microsoft Teams, and if restrictions from the health authorities permit, physical participation will also be possible.

Consultation Meeting 1 15 September, 10 AM–4:30 PM
Consultation Meeting 2 13 October, 10 AM–4:30 PM
Following the consultations, Swedavia plans to make a decision on Airport Charges valid from 1 January 2022.
Registration to participate in the consultations can be made to consultation@swedavia.se, no later than 7 days before the meeting (for physical representation) or 1 day before the meeting (for participation via Microsoft Teams). The Consultation Framework, including Swedavia’s initial proposal, will be sent 31 August to registered consultation participants.
In addition to the central consultations, Swedavia hosts local airport user committee meetings (AUC) continuously throughout the year. 29 September is planned for AUC Stockholm Arlanda, Göteborg Landvetter, Bromma Stockholm and Malmö Airport. The agenda is level of ground handling and PRM charges, local investments, contract terms and technical specifications.
