Love in the arrival hall at Ronneby Airport
A photo exhibition on the theme "Love in Blekinge" will adorn the arrival hall at Ronneby Airport beginning April 6.
"With our exhibition wall at Ronneby Airport, we want to give talented local artists the chance to showcase their abilities," says Arri Kallonen, acting airport director at Ronneby Airport. "Since airports enable people to meet, we think the theme of love and togetherness fits perfectly in our environment."
The five works on display were all created by the portrait photographer Marika Andersson, from Lyckeby in the municipality of Karlskrona, to capture moments of feelings in pictures.
"In this exhibition, I have focused on moments of togetherness and love – loving one's partner, soul mate, friend or quite simply oneself for who we are," the portrait photographer Marika Andersson explains. "In my work as a photographer, I really want to find, capture and share a little of all that is beautiful in the world."
The exhibition, which opens at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 6, will run until early July.
