During the year, we are introducing several improvements designed to create a smoother, safer and more flexible parking experience for you as a contract customer. Below you will find information about upcoming changes and what they mean for you.
New entry system with barriers
The parking area where your vehicle is currently located will soon be equipped with entry and exit barriers. Access will be managed through cameras that automatically read your license plate.
All fixed parking spaces will be removed. Instead, you may park in any available space within the designated parking zone.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your parking area, please provide us with your license plate number(s) by sending an email to
New contract format
As part of our ongoing digitalization efforts, the current contract format will be replaced with a new, more efficient and user‑friendly subscription solution during the year.
Your current contract will therefore be terminated. You do not need to take any action at this stage. We will contact you well in advance when it is time to choose your new subscription option.
Charging stations and engine heaters
To continue using car charging or engine heater outlets, you will need to register a personal account with our partner Virta.
This new solution enables you to easily start, stop and manage charging digitally.
