Pick up & drop off
There are three parking spaces in front of the terminal building where people with reduced mobility can park free of charge for a maximum of two hours. When you need to park for longer, choose P1 Long-term or the P4 Express indoor.
We have two Type 1 outlets and two 220 V outlets. If your car doesn't have a Type 1 outlet, you need to bring your own adapter.
If you fly frequently, you can sign a parking contract at a favourable price - there is always space reserved for parking contract customers.
For those who ride a motorcycle, it is possible to park in parking structure "P4 Express indoors". Park on an empty surface, however, not on a parking lot or where it makes parking difficult for cars.
When parked with a motorcycle, you get a reduced parking rate. All you have to do is to present your ticket at the Visitors Center before departure.

Usually about 12 months, but that may vary depending on how we set up our campaigns.
For most parking spaces, booking must be made at the latest one day prior to departure. The shortest time allowed is 4 hours before entry, provided that spaces are available.
In order for the system to reserve a space, a time must be entered for both entry and exit. You can drive in at any time on the day you booked after the time you entered, but if you drive in before the time you entered, there may be an additional charge.
No, you can also come here and select a parking space in an area where there is space available. However, special campaign prices are only available to people who have booked in advance on-line. With a booked space, you are guaranteed parking in the area you selected.

A booking confirmation has been sent to the given e-mail address.
Your booking can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your booked entry time. No money is refunded for a late cancellation or for unused parking time. You can rebook up to 12 hours before your booked entry time.
You can pay with American Express, Mastercard, Diners and Visa.
You pay when you book your parking. If you have a payment card from Nordea, you must activate the 3D Secure feature.
With a ticket
Take a ticket at the gate before you enter. Drive in and park. Save the ticket – you pay when you return home at an automated payment machine or at the information desk in the airport, when it is staffed. You can also pay by credit or debit card at the exit gate.
Register your car with your payment card right at the gate before you enter. Then you pay using your card when you return home, either at an automated payment machine or at the exit gate.
Entry and exit
Check to make sure you have come to the right parking area, that is, the area you booked.
Drive up to the road gate and wait while the system reads and identifies your vehicle registration number. Your booking is identified, an entry ticket is automatically printed and the gate goes up.
Do not press the button to get a ticket after the system has identified your registration number.
Should this not work, please press the button with the telephone symbol and wait for assistance. We are staffed around the clock in order to help you.
If you have booked a space, then you always have access to the parking area you booked, even if the area is full for other people who want to park.
Then you are charged the regular price for the area you parked in. So you should be very careful about checking that you are in the right parking area. Feel free to contact Customer Service using the intercom at the entrance to confirm that you have come to the parking area you booked. Then give the name of the parking area you booked a space in.
Parking for people with reduced mobility
- Take the opportunity to service your car while you are away travelling: car washing, tyre changing and waxing are some examples of our service offer.
- Leave your car and let our staff park it for you. When you return from you trip, your car will be driven up to the terminal.
Take the following steps when you arrive at the airport:
- Park your car in the parking structure, where the sign says Valet Parking. Staff from Ren Bil take your car and you are given a deposit slip.
- The service you have booked is carried out whilst you are away travelling
- When you return from your trip, collect your car key from Malmö Airport Visitor Centre and show your deposit slip and identification. You car will be driven up to the terminal. When the Visitor Center is unstaffed, you will receive a text message to your mobile with an access code to the key cabinet at Valet Parking, where you pick up your car key.
