Ryanair and Wizz Air adds two more routes
Both Ryanair and Wizz Air continue to expanding their range of destinations on offer from the Greater Copenhagen region and Malmö Airport with new connections to the Balkans.
Ryanair recently announced its return to Malmö Airport after being absent for a time. The airline will resume service to the Polish city of Krakow in early June and launch domestic service to Stockholm Arlanda this autumn. Another direct route will be launched in the autumn, this time to Ryanair’s recently opened based in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
The Hungarian low cost carrier Wizz Air, which currently flies to four countries in the Balkans from Malmö, is also adding a destination. In time for summer, the airline is offering a good weekend product to Banja Luka, the second largest city in Bosnia-Herzegovina after the capital, Sarajevo. Wizz Air also currently serves Tuzla twice weekly.
When the world opens up again, there is a longing to travel and meet people, and the routes will be a welcome addition, especially for leisure travellers who want to visit friends and relatives.
