SAS’ upgraded Service Point re-opens today at Malmö Airport
Malmö Airport was chosen as a test pilot airport for the first ever launched SAS Service Point, in April 2012. During February this year, the Service Point area has been refreshed as part of a wider concept upgrade plan.
SAS Service Point is a dedicated and open area, a meeting place at the airport for SAS travelers, where self-service and support are offered including assistance in irregularity situations.
The SAS Service Point at Malmö Airport is located in the center of the departure hall next to the bag drop area and the Security Check and Fast Track. It is open 7 days a week with opening hours follow SAS flight schedule.
Since 2012, three more Service Points have been established by SAS - in Gothenburg, Östersund and Oslo. Copenhagen Airport is next to come with a brand new Service Point being completed this year.
