Here are the answers to the most common questions about parking at Ronneby Airport.

What are the car park opening hours?

The car parks are open 24 hours a day, every day. Parking customer service is open on weekdays, from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

How do I pay for parking?

The easiest way to pay is by registering a regular credit/debit card directly at the entry barrier. Payment then takes place when you use the same card at the exit barrier. It is also possible to take a parking slip at the entrance barrier and then pay for it with a credit/debit card at a self-service machine in the terminal or at the exit barrier.

Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Volvo, Statoil, St1, Preem and OKQ8.

Can I reserve parking for more than one vehicle at the same time on the same credit or debit card?

No. Your card is used as an entry and exit card in the system, and therefore only one reservation per card per vehicle can be recorded at one time.

I am a frequent traveller and drive my car to and from the airport. Is there any discount system for frequent travellers?

No, but it is possible to buy an annual card. You and your company can park for one year at a fixed price.

I parked at Ronneby Airport and received a parking fine that I want to appeal. Where can I do this?

Contact information including the ticket issuer’s address and telephone number can be found on your parking ticket. All complaints or appeals are officially recorded and must be made in writing.

What do I do if I want to park my car but have someone else pick it up?

Press for your parking slip at the entrance. Remember not to use your credit/debit card at the entrance if you will be taking the card away with you because payment must be made using the same card. The person collecting the car must have their own keys because there is no key deposit service.

SEK 25 per hour.
SEK 120 per day (days 1-5).
SEK 600 per week (days 6-8).
After that, SEK 20 per day.

Do you have special rates for people with reduced mobility?

No, the same prices apply for people with reduced mobility.

How secure is your parking facility?

Our parking facilities are monitored by camera.

What happens if I lose my parking ticket?

If you lose your parking ticket, you should contact the parking facility’s customer service by pressing the telephone button on one of the automated pay machines in the check-in hall or at the exit gate.  Customer service will then help you with parking on the spot.

What happens if I have lost my credit/debit card when I return home?

Press the telephone button at the exit gate in the area to get help.
