Delayed baggage

Has your baggage been delayed? Contact your airline's ground handling agent as they handle your baggage at the airport.

SAS, BRA and Aviator's desks in the terminal are open in connection with departing flights. Aviator also has a desk at the baggage conveyor belt for international flights, and BRA has a service center in the check-in hall.

You can also contact the handling agents by telephone or e-mail.
