On June 25, Wizz Air will start flying non-stop between Malmö Airport and Niš. It will be the carrier’s thirteenth European route from Malmö Airport and its second to Serbia.

“Belgrade is already a destination that people can reach directly from Malmö Airport. There is a great need in southern Sweden for non-stop service to southeast Serbia, especially since many people in our region have relatives and friends there. So we are pleased to be able to offer another non-stop route in time for summer,” says Peter Weinhandl, airport director at Malmö Airport.

The route will be served three times a week – Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays – by an Airbus A320 with seating for 180 passengers. Tickets are now available, among other places, at www.wizzair.com.

Wizz Air today offers the following destinations from Malmö Airport: Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Gdansk, Katowice, Skopje, Sofia, Tuzla and Warsaw. On March 30, the airline will launch service to Poznan, and on April 24 it launch service to Vilnius.
