“We are extremely pleased to be able to offer our passengers another route with Wizz Air, which continues to expanding operations at the airport,” says Peter Weinhandl, airport director at Malmö Airport. Cluj-Napoca is the second destination to Romania with the airline.
Wizz Air now offers the following destinations from Malmö: Belgrade, Budapest, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Gdansk, Katowice, Skopje, Sofia, Tuzla and Warsaw.
Beginning December 21, the airline will fly non-stop to Cluj-Napoca on Wednesdays and Sundays with an 8.55 p.m. departure from Malmö Airport.
Wizz Air is the largest low-fare carrier in Eastern Europe. Today the airline has 17 bases in different countries and serves over 300 routes.
