Malmö Airport can now offer an additional non-stop service in Europe. Beginning May 31, Wizz Air will fly to Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina, twice a week. Tuzla is the sixteenth international destination that travellers can reach directly with regular flights from Malmö Airport.

Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzegovina's third largest city, is located approximately 120 kilometers north of the capital, Sarajevo. The region around the city has nearly 500,000 inhabitants.

"We are very pleased that Wizz Air is opening another route from Malmö Airport. There is a demand for travel to the region and thanks to the non-stop service to Tuzla we can now offer our passengers a convenient way to travel as a tourist or to visit friends and family," says Peter Weinhandl, airport director at Malmö Airport.

Tuzla is Wizz Air's seventh non-stop service from Malmö Airport. The other destinations are Belgrade, Budapest, Gdansk, Katowice, Skopje and Warsaw.

Wizz Air will fly to Tuzla from Malmö Airport twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. The aircraft is an Airbus A320 which can accommodate 180 passengers.
