All passengers must check in in order to receive a boarding card which gives you access to the aircraft – even if you are only taking hand baggage on board with you. Check in at the self-service check-in machines, or at the check-in desks.
Passengers must also be prepared to show an ID, so bring an official ID or passport. Read more about check-in and about the new check-in times at Luleå Airport.
New check-in times scheduled flights
Please note that check-in for all domestic flights now closes 30 minutes before the flight’s departure. The gate closes 15 minutes before departure. If you are flying internationally, check-in closes 45 minutes before departure. This does not apply to charter flights. If you are flying charter, please contact your tour operator for information about what is the latest time you can check in.
Automated check-in kiosks at Luleå Airport
Swedavia has its own white automated check-in kiosks in the departure hall – you check in yourself and then tag and drop off your baggage. Your boarding card and baggage tag are printed when you swipe your credit card or give your booking reference. Once you have attached the tag to your bag, you go to the Self-Service Bag Drop and leave your bag there. Don’t forget to save your baggage receipt. These solutions are fast, convenient and easy to use.
