Parties to the agreement
When a parking space is reserved via one of Swedavia’s or its partners’ websites, an agreement is entered into between the customer and Swedavia, 190 45 Stockholm-Arlanda, Sweden.
The booking is binding and once the customer approves payment, accepts the general terms and conditions as well as the storage of personal data (see “Personal data” section below), and receives confirmation, an agreement has been entered into by the parties. Once the parking has been booked and confirmed, Swedavia is obliged to provide a parking space to the customer in the facility chosen for the time specified. The exact parking space in the facility chosen is not specified (unless otherwise indicated). The customer instead chooses an available space.
The customer is obliged to familiarise him/herself with the information about how to get to the parking facility that Swedavia presents in the booking dialogue and confirmation. The agreed price is for the product booked. If the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions specified for the product booked, the customer will be charged the regular rate (for the product used). There is no reimbursement for time not used. If the customer wishes to extend the parking time or enter earlier than the time booked, the additional time will be charged at the regular rate for the facility chosen.
Products and special offers
The booking of parking spaces covers a selection of parking facilities at the airports in question. Products and special offers available for booking are shown at the time parking is booked. Products and special offers available when booking on the website are only available if parking is booked on the website. There are a limited number of spaces available for products and special offers.
Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include statutory value added tax. Prices in effect are shown on the website when booking. These prices are only available for the prebooking of a parking space. If a customer does not book a space in advance, the regular rates apply.
Prices are in effect until new prices are posted on the website’s booking page. All price information provided in conjunction with a booking on the website apply only to that booking and only when the booking is completed, paid for and confirmed on the website.
Booking a parking space is done via the website (see Book parking). When booking, the customer chooses the period and product. Only available parking facilities and products are shown on the screen. Otherwise, there is no available capacity for the period and facility chosen.
A booked parking space entitles the customer to only one entry and one exit per booked product. The booking period is always at least one calendar day, while the shortest possible booking period may vary between different products and is specified in the information sheet for each product.
When the booking is completed and paid for, this is confirmed via a confirmation on the screen and with a receipt of payment. Swedavia recommends that the customer print out the booking confirmation and bring it along. The confirmation also includes directions and a map for the parking facility.
