Terms and conditions - SAS
1. QUALIFICATIONS TO PARTICIPATE
People over the age of 18 is allowed to participate in the competition. Employees of the Organiser and the companies and organisations that are part of the competition, along with the family members of said employees, are not allowed to participate. The Organiser has the right to exclude any participants whose intentions are to misuse the competition in order to change the result or probabilities.
2. PARTICIPATION
Participation in the competition is volunarty and does not require any purchase of a product or service.
3. PICKING A WINNER AND THE PRIZE
The competition has a total of one (1) winner. The prize consists of two (2) round-trip SAS plane tickets from Göteborg Landvetter Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport, to a value of circa 10.000 SEK. The designated tickets are for SAS GO and cannot be changed to another class.
The trip must be booked before May 30th 2023 and be taken before the 31st of October 2023.
The winner pays any eventual tax on the prize.
4. COLLECTING THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified and informed on how to collect the prize by the Organiser. With the winner's agreement, the Organiser has the right to publish the winner's first name in the original competition post. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. If a a notification about the winnings cannot be sent out to the winner due to reasons that are independent to the Organiser, the Organiser is not obliged to deliver the prize or corresponding replacement to the winner.
If the winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days from the winning date, the Organiser reserves the right to pick a new winner. The competition prize cannot be transferred to money or changed for another product or destination. The winner is personally responsible for all neccessary travel documents and subsequent costs.
5. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organiser handles personal data of the participants by arranging the competition and delivering the prize. By filling in the web form, the participant gives their consent to the handling of their personal data for the abovementioned reasons. The Organiser will separately ask for thw winner's consent to publish their first name in the original competition post.
6. RIGHTS AND THE ORGANISER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The rights to the material used in the competition, as well as any related immaterial rights, belong to the Organiser.
The winner aquites the Organiser from all responsibility and eventual damadge that is caused or said to be caused by the participation in the competition or the acceptance of use of the prize.
The Organiser is not responsible for any eventual damages, direct or indirect, not for any expenses caused by or said to be caused by participation in the competition. The Organiser is not responsible for problems that arise due to information technology or hinderence to either participate in the competition or accepting the prize.
7. CHANGE OF RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Organiser observes the right to change the rules.
The Organiser will post any notifications regarding changes to the competition, the prize, the time period, availability or other factors that could affect the process of the competition on this page. The Organiser observes the right to make such changes to the competition and rules which do not notably affect the participants.
