Wouldn’t it be great if you could shop at the airport but not have to bring all those bags on your trip? Now it’s possible with Göteborg Landvetter’s Collect on Return service. It’s convenient, safe and free of charge.

Now you can finally buy as much as you want. Let us at Göteborg Landvetter take care of your shopping bags when you’re off on your trip – you can collect them when you return home.

How the easy Collect on Return service works:

1. You shop for your favourite items in the Duty Free Store (not available for Duty Free Store Express). You can buy any item except alcoholic beverages and tobacco for this service.
2. You specify that you want Collect on Return at check-out when you pay. That means you leave the bags with your purchases at the airport and get a receipt for the items you are leaving behind before you go to the gate.
3. You collect everything at the airport when you return from your trip.

How to collect your goods

You pick up your goods in Göteborg Landvetter’s arrival hall, no later than 30 minutes after you have landed, by showing your receipt. The Collect on Return desk’s opening hours are Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m.-8.00 p.m.

If your flight is delayed, or you land outside of the Collect on Return desk’s opening hours, contact The Nuance Group Duty Free Shop the next day between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. by telephone at 031-94 28 80.
