How it works:
1. Select your items and ask for "Pick up on return" when you pay at the till. (This option is available for all items except alcohol and tobacco.)
2. The cashier takes care of the items, packs them and keeps them together with a copy of your receipt.
3. When you return from your trip, the items are then picked up in Göteborg Landvetter Airport's baggage claim hall.
Information about picking up items
Items must be picked up in Göteborg Landvetter's baggage claim hall no later than 30 minutes after you land. You must show your receipt to pick up your purchases. The opening hours of the place you pick up your items are Monday–Sunday 8.00 a.m.–8.00 p.m.
If your flight is delayed or you land outside of opening hours, contact The Nuance Group Duty Free Store the next day. The telephone number is 031-94 28 80. Opening hours are 8.00 a.m.–8.00 p.m.
