No temporary passports to be issued at the airport on December 17

Check your passport – on December 17, no temporary passports can be issued at Göteborg Landvetter Airport.

Swedavia AB will refurbish the premises that the police lease for issuing passports at Göteborg Landvetter Airport. The police will therefore shut down their operations for temporary passports on Thursday, December 17, from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

During this time, it will not be possible to issue any temporary passports at Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Regular opening hours are 24 hours a day.

During the time passport operations are closed at Göteborg Landvetter Airport, the police are referring applicants to the passport central office at Stampgatan 34 in Gothenburg, which issues temporary passports.
Their opening hours are:

  • December 14: 8.30 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
  • December 15: 8.30 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
  • December 16: 8.30 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
  • December 17: 8.30 a.m.-8.00 p.m.
