Jam biscuits (Syltkakor)

200 g butter
¾ dl sugar
5 dl flour

Combine the ingredients to form a dough. Shape the dough into logs about 2 cm in diameter. Using your finger, make a shallow indentation down the centre of the log – fill with jam. Bake at 175° C for about 20 minutes. When the logs come out of the oven, cut them on a diagonal so that the biscuits are long and narrow.
