Hazelnut macaroons (Nöttoppar)

200 g shelled hazelnuts
2 dl sugar
1 tbsp potato starch
2 eggs
Decorate with whole hazelnut

Grind the nuts, reserving enough for decoration. Mix with sugar, potato starch and eggs. Drop in spoonfuls on a baking sheet. Press a hazelnut into the centre of each before baking. Bake at 200° C for about 8 minutes.
