Brussels biscuits (Brysselkex)

5 dl flour
1 dl sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
200 g butter
Decorate with pearl or granulated sugar (preferably coloured with food colouring)

Combine the ingredients to form a dough. Shape the dough into logs about 5 cm in diameter. Roll them in sugar. Let the logs sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut the logs into slices about 1 cm thick. Bake at 175° C for about 10 minutes.
