2014-10-23, kl. 14:00

Beginning October 24, passengers at the airport can experience Lynn Gustafsson’s abstract paintings. The exhibit is located in the departure hall, after the security checkpoint, until January 22 next year.

”Passagen" ("The passage"), ”Passagen”, acrylic on paper by Lynn Gustafsson. Bought by Kiruna konstgille.

Lynn Gustafsson’s artwork is often an interpretation of nature that transcends boundaries, a mix of northern Sweden and California – hot and cold, subarctic climate and sun-drenched landscapes. Her abstract expressionist paintings pulsate with life and movement.

“I don’t paint from nature but in many of my paintings I express the associations that nature invokes in me in colour and form. In other paintings I express an inner world created in a way that cannot be explained, but which is available for discovery,” Lynn Gustafsson explains.
