Forex Bank to expand its service at Bromma Stockholm Airport

2015-08-19, kl. 13:03

Forex Bank is offering passengers at Bromma Stockholm Airport the chance to buy foreign currencies from an automated teller machine (ATM) located in the departure hall.

The ATM will be set up in accordance with an agreement signed between Forex Bank and Swedavia, which owns and operates the airport. The agreement covers all ten Swedavia airports in Sweden. There are already ATMs installed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Göteborg Landvetter and Malmö Airport.

“We are doing this to increase access for our customers. The new ATMs make it easy for passengers and enable us to be in locations where our currency service is most relevant,” says Thomas Högväg, acting CEO of Forex Bank.

The ATMs at Bromma Stockholm will initially be supplied with euros and Danish kroner, and have the option of adjusting this offering depending on the season and demand.

“We are very pleased to be able to provide our passengers with a currency exchange at the gate in order to further raise the service level at the airport. A currency exchange is one of the services in greatest demand by our passengers, while Forex is a strong, well-known brand,” says Peder Grunditz, airport director at Stockholm Bromma Airport.
