Paying parking without prebooking
Payment at the entrance and exit barriers - when you have not prebooked your parking
Only payment with credit/debit card.
At the entrance
Parking slip: Take the parking slip at the barrier before the entrance. Drive in and park. Save your slip - you will pay upon your return at the self-service machines, Parking customer services in Terminal 5, or at the exit using your credit/debit card.
Credit/debit card: Register yourself and your credit/debit card directly at the barrier before the entrance. Your parking is then registered in our system.
Before the exit
Parking slip: Pay for your slip at the self-service machines or at Parking customer services in Terminal 5. Insert your slip in the self-service machine and pay with your credit/debit card or petrol card.
Credit/debit card: If you have registered your credit/debit card at the entrance, you can miss out this step.
At the exit
Parking slip: Insert your paid for parking slip in the self-service machine at the barrier. The barrier lifts up and you can drive out.
Credit/debit card: If you have registered your credit/debit card at the entrance, use the same card at the exit. Payment by credit/debit card requires a PIN code. The cost of parking is then charged to your card and parking is paid. Note that if you have registered parking on your credit/debit card at the entrance, payment can only be made at the exit and in automated payment machines.
When parking at the hourly parking you have the possibility to use Tele-P, Easypark (registration is required at these companies) and Mobill (no registration required) for payment.
