Fly to China year-round with China Eastern
Now you can fly year-round to China and Shanghai. After offering service during the summer, the airline China Eastern will now also operate the route in the winter.
Shanghai is China’s commercial centre – vibrant, ultramodern with an almost futuristic skyline and really good shopping. At the same time, you’ll find peace and quiet in the renowned Yu Garden in the Old City or visiting one of the many tea houses.
The Chinese air travel market is expanding rapidly, and China is expected to have the world’s biggest air travel market by 2027. Increased prosperity is expected to drive strong growth in Asia and thus the demand for air links.
Today there are two direct routes between Sweden and China. In addition to China Eastern, Air China flies the Stockholm–Beijing route. It is important to Stockholm Arlanda that two of China’s biggest airlines have chosen to provide service to Stockholm.
The route will have four weekly departures using an Airbus A330.
