Pontus in the Air
Star restaurateur Pontus Frithiof has realised his vision in Stockholm Arlanda's biggest restaurant venue, one storey up in Terminal 5. Pontus in the Air has everything needed for you to enjoy a true culinary experience – its own wine cellar, a sommelier and a fully fitted kitchen where everything is made from scratch. In 2017, Pontus in the Air became the first airport restaurant in Sweden ever to be listed in the respected White Guide.
Pontus in the Air is perhaps the most ambitious restaurant venture ever at Stockholm Arlanda. Sommeliers, table service, two bars, an extensive wine list with hundreds of bottles of champagne – and the owner, restaurateur and entrepreneur Pontus Frithiof himself at the helm. The aim is to offer something for everyone, to the greatest extent possible.
The light and airy venue has seating for 250. In the Brasserie, there is a wine bar and food is quickly made to order. Guests are guaranteed that they will be served within twelve minutes of ordering.
In the morning, breakfast is served in the Brasserie. Choose from a selection of hearty breakfasts, including scrambled eggs and french toast, or a healthier alternative such as oatmeal with apple compote, avocado on sourdough toast and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Price range: Starters starting at SEK 165 and hot dishes starting at SEK 195. Wraps and baguettes starting at SEK 59. Pontus in the Air is a cashless restaurant.
Lounge: American Express Lounge for Centurion and Platinum members. The Lounge offers a relaxing setting with a view of the take-off and landing runways. Choose from a wide range of well-prepared dishes and drinks from the Brasserie's menu and well-stocked wine cellar.
Society Works at Pontus in the Air: Four venues for meetings of up to 15 people are available here. Full-scale service with office and meeting spaces which includes food and beverages.
