Terminal 4 is Stockholm Arlanda’s biggest domestic terminal, with many shops and restaurants. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee or dinner? You’ll find it all – both to eat here or take to the gate.

Cafés, restaurants and shopping

In Terminal 4, you can eat good burgers at O'Leary's or Max. If you’re in the mood for really good coffee, you can stop at Johan & Nyström or Joe & the Juice (which also has freshly squeezed juices). Take the opportunity to try out the latest fragrances in the Duty Free Store, check out gadgets at Capi or shop for apparel and accessories at Airport Fashion.

Junibacken play area

Are you travelling with children? Then turn left immediately after the security checkpoint and visit the wonderful Junibacken play area. Suggestion: Max is located right next door.

Did you know that?

  • Terminal 4 was built in 1983 and designed by the Swedish architectural firms Berg arkitektkontor and Bobert & Stintzing arkitektkontor. The architecture won the Kasper Salin Prize.
  • The layout is reminiscent of a plane.
  • Terminal 4 was originally called Domestic 1. SAS’s domestic routes and Linjeflyg at BMA were moved together to this terminal, and the large increase in passenger volume meant that it soon had to be rebuilt. A sister terminal, Domestic 2, was also built to provide additional space for domestic traffic – the terminal is better known today as Terminal 2.
