Groundworks at Terminal 5 to affect aircraft parking stands

Stockholm Arlanda is preparing for the future.

Right now groundworks are under way that will affect some aircraft parking stands at Terminal 5. Aircraft will not be able to park at the stands included in the work.

Passengers flying out of the gates affected will therefore travel by bus to their plane. This work is a preventive measure to ensure the bearing capacity of the surfaces the plane is parked on.

The groundworks will be carried out in phases:

Timetable

Phase 1: April 1–June 30
During this phase, passengers flying out of the following gates will travel by bus to their plane: F29, F31, F33, F35, F37 and F39.

Phase 2: July 1–October 30
During this phase, passengers flying out of the following gates will travel by bus to their plane: 4, 6, 8, F29, F31 and for part of the time Stand 10.

At check-in, you will be informed that you will travel by bus to the plane. This will also be indicated on traffic signs after the security checkpoint.

It is important that you arrive well in advance at the gate and for pre-boarding the bus so that the plane can depart as scheduled.
