Ban on the taking of images/photography

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is a restricted property. At this restricted property, which includes terminals and all areas within the airport perimeter fence as well as areas adjacent to these, there is a ban on the taking of images imposed by the Stockholm County Board.

Swedavia has decided to exempt, until further notice, all areas from the ban on depictions except those where security screening is carried out.

If necessary, for instance where there is an incident that threatens security, this exemption may be revoked with very short notice. In that case, the ban on the taking of images applies throughout the airport or in specific areas. When the ban is revoked, information about this will be posted in the area in question and on this website.
