2013-04-05, kl. 09:08

The world famous lingerie company Victoria's Secret is opening its first shop in Sweden at Stockholm Arlanda Airport tomorrow, April 6. It will be located beyond the security checkpoint in Terminal 5 and focus on beauty products and accessories. Passengers can now purchase legendary Victoria?s Secret products like the fragrance Bombshell and the new spring scent Sexy Little Things Heartbreaker.

Victoria's Secret has been around for 35 years and has more than 1,000 shops across the world. Each year, the company holds its lavish fashion show, which is watched by celebrities in the front row and by millions of people on TV. Victoria's Secret has not had any shops in Sweden until now, but the brand is well-known to Swedes, thanks in part to a number of Swedish supermodels like Caroline Winberg, Elsa Hosk and Frida Gustavsson taking part in their shows.

"It feels really wonderful that we are the first to have Victoria's Secret in Sweden. Over the past few years, we have worked hard to elevate Stockholm Arlanda as a shopping destination in order to meet the changing behaviour of our passengers. The fact that another international premium brand has now chosen to open up here indicates we are on the right path. The Victoria's Secret shop is spectacular and inspiring, which appeals to both Swedish and international passengers," says Michael Persson Gripkow, Marketing Director at Swedavia.

The shop, which has 109 square metres of floor space, offers bags, purses, scarves and a selection of panties in a number of different models and colours. Perfumes and skin care products such as body lotions, hand creams and body mists from its best-selling VS Fantasies series are also for sale, along with travel-oriented items like passport covers and suitcases.
