Non-stop service to Lanzarote with Norwegian

2013-10-01, kl. 13:58

Just in time for the Christmas holidays, Norwegian is launching non-stop service from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Lanzarote. There will be one departure a week, on Fridays, beginning December 13.

"Good transport connections to the Canary Islands are important to us. This has been one of the most popular destinations for Swedes for decades," says Kjell-Åke Westin, airport director at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.

Norwegian Air Shuttle (Norwegian) has had non-stop flights from Stockholm Arlanda to Gran Canaria and Teneriffa for several years.

"Our flights to Gran Canaria and Teneriffa are really popular, so we are pleased to be able to offer our customers another destination, with direct service to Arrecife on the island of Lanzarote," says Charlotte Holmbergh Jacobsson, head of communications at Norwegian.

Norwegian is the second largest airline in Scandinavia and the third largest low-fare airline in Europe.
