Tove Möller and Petra Bunsop in Human Resources and Therese Wilson, a group manager in Customer Service, were nominated by Samhall for its “Enthusiast of the Year” award for making efforts in this field that can inspire others to do the same. “We’ve had one person who has worked in Customer Service for six months, and our one-year pilot project with Samhall, which has been very productive, is now continuing. We see this as a year for learning so we can obtain the tools we need to recruit more broadly in the future,” says Petra Bunsop, an HR specialist.
“Our group dynamics have improved significantly, and as a group we’ve had an increased understanding of one another and how we function. It’s wonderful to be involved and make a difference,” says Therese Wilson, a group manager in Customer Service.
“Obviously, we’re really proud to have three nominations at Swedavia. Some of our sustainability work with corporate social responsibility involves having everyone be able to work for us, in suitable positions. Swedavia’s vision is “Together we bring the world closer”, and that’s the case not just for our customers but for also ourselves as well. So as a workplace, we need to reflect the society around us and actively work with diversity issues as part of our sustainability work,” says Tove Möller, who is in charge of gender equality and diversity at Swedavia.
The winner of the “Enthusiast of the Year” award will be announced at Samhall’s “Show the Way” gala, which takes place November 21 in Stockholm.
