Arlanda Schiphol Development Company (ASDC) is a joint venture between Swedavia and the Schiphol Group. ASDC is 60 per cent owned by Swedavia and 40 per cent owned by the Schiphol Group.

The company, jointly managed by Dutch and Swedish executives, is in charge of the development of shops, restaurants and commercial service offices at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport.
