SkyCity Office One – the first office complex in Airport City
SkyCity Office One is the first office complex in the business district now being planned in SkyCity, within walking distance of the aircraft and the rest of the world.
With green courtyards and modern sustainable recycling technology. A glass-enclosed bridge takes you straight into Stockholm Arlanda and on to your plane. You can then reach 200 million people within a two-hour radius. The world is waiting out there. Do you want to be a part of shaping it?
The SkyCity Office complex consists of a number of buildings with more than 20,000 square metres of floor space. To give a sense of vibrancy and variation, the buildings have different heights, between eight and twelve storeys.
SkyCity Office One – for companies that think forward and upward
SkyCity Office One, the first complex being built, is not your typical office development. Designed by the architect Thomas Sandell, it is being built for companies that engage in an intense exchange of ideas and contacts in rapidly changing industries. This will be a location for companies that think forward and upward, companies with innovative thinking.
Close to the Stockholm city centre, Uppsala, Sigtuna, Märsta and the rest of the world. It takes 17 minutes by express train from central Stockholm to SkyCity Office One. Bus and commuter train service is also available.
