Telephone services
Subscription
When you sign a subscription for landline and/or mobile telephone services, your company becomes part of Airport IT Telecom’s switchboard service. This means that your company can make calls to everyone included in the switchboard network without incurring any telephone traffic charges.
Telephone operator service
If your company has a subscription for telephone services with Airport IT Telecom, you can also order the telephone operator service which means that Airport IT Telecom, on request, handles your company’s incoming calls. Questions about the airport and simpler standard questions about your company as well as the taking of messages are also managed by Airport IT Telecom.
IP VPN
IP VPN is a turnkey service, which means that your company does not need any of its own communications equipment or other software for VPN. You simply connect your computer and start working. The service is monitored round the clock, ensuring you receive a prompt response if troubleshooting is needed. IP-VPN is present at all Swedavia airports.
Wifi (WLAN)
With wifi, your company receives computer services to meet your business needs – everything from wireless internet to your company’s own intranet (VPN).
Internet Light
A solution for companies that only need a broadband connection for internet, e-mail or a credit card terminal, such as Babs.
Copper
Airport IT Telecom has extensive experience within copper services. Today, there are for example over 1,000 wiring closets at ten airports, over 200,000 copper pairs in 500 buildings connected to area networks, and about 200,000 kilometres of copper cable in the area networks.
You can choose from three services:
- VOICE – links telephones between another operator’s points of interconnect and your company.
- DATA – links xDSL between another operator’s points of interconnect and your company.
- TRANSPORT– links CAT5/6 cable between the operator’s points of interconnect and your company.
Fibre
Optic fibre is the communication technology of the future since it is extremely robust against external disruptions and integrates your company’s networks with high performance standards. Airport IT Telecom is proud to offer extensive point-to-point fibre connections at Swedavia’s airports. The price is always the same for installation and rental regardless of the length of cable used and the number of access points in the connection.
