Guaranteed a space when you prebook

Book and pay in advance, and you are guaranteed a free space at your chosen area. The earlier you book, the more favourably priced parking and availability you can chose from. Rembember that you must book at least 24 hours before departure.

Arlanda Service Centre

Arlanda Service Centre in Terminal 5 coordinates work at the airport's car parks. It is open 24 hours a day, all year long. Here, you find answers to your questions about parking at Arlanda, including for example route descriptions and price information. They also guide you through the internet booking system over the telephone, but cannot make the booking for you.

Do you need help when entering or exiting, or at the self-service payment machines? Press the button, which can be found at every entrance, exit and self-service machine, to speak to someone from Arlanda Service Centre via a loudspeaker.

Camera surveillance and patrolling staff

Parking at Arlanda is always secure. All car park entrances and exits have camera surveillance and all parking areas are patrolled by staff from Arlanda Airport Parking and Securitas.

The long-term parking is enclosed with a fence, well illuminated and has additional camera surveillance.

Don’t forget to lock your car and remove all valuables. Swedavia is not liable for any theft or damage to vehicles or property in vehicles parked in Swedavia’s parking facilities.

Parking guards on site

Parking guards patrol the parking areas to help solve any problems you may have including simple technical assistance, checking space availability and 24-hour service. Speak to them or contact customer services if you need help.
