TravelStatus – flight information by SMS direct to your mobile

The SMS service provides you with information about: departure times, terminals, gates, updates and arrival times.

How to order the service

Enter DEP for departing or ARR for arriving flights, flight number and date.

For example: ARR SK123 22JUN

Send to 72020 to activate the service.

TravelStatus – SMS flight service – includes the following

When you have ordered the text message service for DEP (departing) flights, as a traveller or if dropping someone off at Arlanda:

• Estimated departure time and terminal
• Any changes, for example, in the case of delays
• Gate number, one hour before planned departure
• When it is time to board the aircraft

When you have ordered the text message service for ARR (arriving) flights, as a traveller or if picking someone up at Arlanda:

• Estimated arrival time and terminal
• Any changes, for example, in the case of delays
• When the aircraft has landed

The service automatically turns off when the airplane has departed or landed.

The service costs SEK 10 regardless of how many text messages are sent to you. Your regular cost for sending an SMS is charged when you send your order.

Do you have a corporate subscription or prepaid card and want to pay with WyWallet?

You need to have paid into the prepaid card or have a credit/debit card connected to WyWallet in order to pay for SMS (text message) services with these subscription forms. You cannot pay by invoice.

New rules for purchases by SMS with WyWallet beginning February 1, 2013
On February 1, 2013, mobile operators are changing the way you can pay for purchases via SMS (text message) through your mobile phone subscription. If you have a private subscription plan, it is enough to text “WW” by SMS to 71798 and then pay for your purchase via SMS on your mobile phone bill.
